The idea for the house was shaped through dialogues with the investor. Their openness to new technologies and solutions was key to the process. This enabled us to design a fully functional and formally appealing building. The synthesis of expectations and possibilities resulted in a modern piece of architecture inserted into the natural landscape on the basis of contrast. The residents can maintain their relation with nature thanks to glazings on the south west wall and a terrace. Sun exposure is regulated by horizontal steel elements, taking the form of transparent external shutters.
